3 Tables. oil
6 c coarsely chopped cabbage
1 c coarsely shredded carrots
1/4 c chopped green onions
8 oz cooked corned beef, cut into strips
Step: 1In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients, Mix well. In a large skillet or Wok, heat the 3 Tables. oil. Stir-fry cabbage, carrots, and onion 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Add sauce and corned beef. Cook until heated. Serve immediately.
