2 lbs. deli corned beef (chipped os sliced thin)
2 bags fresh sauerkraut
1/2 lb. swiss cheese
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
2 eggs
Step: 1Mix together the 2 eggs, heavy whipping cream and sauerkraut. In a 9x13 in. greased pan layer the chipped corned beef, the sauerkraut mixture and top with swiss cheese. Bake at 375 for about 30 min. or until hot and bubbly. Serve with a grainy or Dijon mustard or a low carb Thousand Isalnd dressing.
