1 - 8 ounce block cream cheese
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1 pkg. powdered Ranch salad dressing or dip mix | | Directions | | Step: 1 | In a large bowl, soften cream cheese in microwave for 15 seconds on high. Add sour cream and Ranch powder, and beat by hand or electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Stir in blue cheese by hand. Cover and chill at least one hour before serving. Serve with any low carb veggies (this is especially good on cucumbers).
If you want to get really creative, mix in some toasted chopped walnuts or almonds.
