Induction Pizza - Delicious!
Status: Approved
NameInduction Pizza - Delicious!
CategoryPizza and Pasta
Serves/Yields1-2
SourceSubmitted By: Gwyn
DifficultyEasy
Cook Time5 minutes + cooking time
Ingredients
4 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
3 eggs
1/3 cup Heavy Cream
Oregano (to taste)
Parmesan, grated (to taste)
Mozzarella, shredded (about 2 or 3 ounces)
Pepperoni, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
Tomato Sauce (optional...about 1/4 cup)
Directions
Step: 1Preheat oven to 375.

Beat softened Cream Cheese and the eggs together until smooth. Add the cream, oregano, and Parm cheese. Beat again until blended.

Spray a pie pan or 9" x 9" casserole dish with Pam. Pour mixture into the baking dish. Top with the tomato sauce (if using it), then the mozzarella cheese and a good layer of Pepperoni.

Bake for 25 or 30 minutes. (The pizza will be puffy at first, but will "drop" as it cools).

This is fantastic! The tomato sauce adds 4 carbs to the entire pizza. It's still delicious without the sauce, if you are shaving carbs.
Nutrition Information
Carbohydrates: 9 for the Whole Pizza, without the Tomato sauce

This was very good. Our crust didnt get real firm, we had to eat it with a fork. Next time I will cook the crust first then add our toppings. But it really satisfied the Italian craving!! Great Recipe. 5 Stars!!
