1/2 cup ketchup
1 egg
10 saltines crushed
1 teaspoon dry onion flakes
approx 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 teaspoon Dale's sauce (or your choice of steak sauce)
salt and pepper to taste
| | Directions | | Step: 1 | Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Fun part! Mix with your hands! Sooo much easier than trying to stir. After mixed well, form into a large ball. Place in a casserole dish and flatten some but don't touch edge of pan. Bake at 350 til beef is completely cooked through. Squirt some ketchup on top of meatloaf and return to the oven for about 5 minutes. Hint: I prefer it a little black around the edges.
