Pcgirle's Creamy Chicken Alfredo
Status: Approved
NamePcgirle's Creamy Chicken Alfredo
CategoryAppetizer
DifficultyEasy
Ingredients
2 or 3 boneless chicken breast
1-pint heavy whipping Cream
1 package shredded Parmesan cheese
4-tbl butter/margarine
1 head of cauliflower (or package frozen)
Italian Seasoning or any seasoning of your choice
Directions
Step: 1Place chicken in a deep baking dish; add 2-tbl butter and seasoning (I love the Montreal Chicken seasoning) bake at 350 until chicken is no longer pink (if from frozen about 30 to 45 minutes). In a large saucepan bring to boil cauliflower. Once cauliflower is tender drain and set aside. Also while chicken is baking combine heavy cream, Italian Seasoning, and remaining butter into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling add the Parmesan Cheese. Stir continuously until cheese is melted and mixed well into cream sauce. Once chicken has finished cooking cut into bite sized pieces and place into the Cream sauce mix well.

Fill an eating bowl 1/4 or 1/2 with the cooked cauliflower and cover generously with the Chicken Alfredo sauce. (This also works well with broccoli) Enjoy…..
