onion chopped very fine (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 lb bacon (fried)
12 oz package of gourmet mushrooms (or any size) | | Directions | | Step: 1 | Wash, dry and de-stem mushrooms...set aside. Soften cream cheese and mix in other ingredients. Stuff mushrooms with filling. Bake on a greased baking sheet at 350 for 15-17 mins or until mushrooms are done. These are delish! Enjoy!
