1 oz raw spinach
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp garlic powder
4 or 5 sandwich style 0 carb slices ham
2 oz grated cheddar
2 0z fetta
| | Directions | | Step: 1 | Greese a pie pan Thoutally and line with ham bringing the ham at least 1/2 way up sides
Line the bottom with spinach
Separate 2 whites and reserve
Put the 2 yolks and the remaining eggs in a bowl and add the 1.5 oz cheddar, nutmeg, and garlic powder. Wisk well
Beat the egg whites untill glossy but not stiff and fold in with egg mixtuer.
Pour over ham and spinach.
Top with remaining cheddar and crumbled fetta
Bake at 350 for 30 min but check at 25 min Center should still be soft and top just brown
allow to cool befor sclicing
