1 lb ground pork
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup green/red/yellow pepper (I mix them)
1/2 carrot shredded
1 egg
1 tblsp garlic pepper
1/2 tblsp season salt
1/2 tblsp (approx) worcestershire sauce
2 tblsp tomato puree or sauce | | Directions | | Step: 1 | Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; bake at 350 for approx 1hour; add tomato puree or the last 15" of baking. The ground pork gives it a great flavor.
