Get energetic and make a dozen or so extra and put in freezer on a flat surfaceI use a small cookie sheet. When frozen, place patties in a gallon freezer bag in layers with a thin layer of plastic wrap between each. When you want a quick meal take 2 or 3 pattie melts out of the freezer and microwave until hot.
Fajita seasoning is exceptionally delicious on hamburger patties! Sometimes I substitute fresh mushrooms sauted in butter (or even a combination of mushrooms and onions!!!)
