Half of an Onion Diced fine
Garlic to taste ( I use two cloves either minced or crushed)
1 tsp Season Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper (White Pepper can also be used)
Two Large Eggs
1# Shredded Cheese ( I prefer Sharp Cheddar)
1 Tablespoon Worchestshire Sauce
| | Directions | | Step: 1 | Mix all the ingredients, place in a pan suitable for the amount of
meatloaf mass, cover with tinfoil and bake in the oven @350 degrees
until done (usually it takes about an hour and a half to two hours.
