1 cup shredded cheddar/jack cheese.
| Directions | Step: 1 | Thaw sausage patties. You can cut each patty in half or quarter. As you put a piece in your palm add 1 tsp (1/2 tsp for a 1/4 piece) of cheese to the piece by kneading the two ingredients together in your hand, then roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet. Place in a 350-degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove and drain on a paper towel to remove excess grease.Great to eat now or put in a ziploc bag for later. Good size for a snack as you carpool or whatever. Serve with a boiled egg on the side. | Nutrition Information | | Carbohydrates: 0 based on ingredients (a trace maybe) | Time submitted: Wednesday, August 11. 2004 at 22:32:59 Contributed By: dana |
