2/3 c. cream
2 c. chopped ham
red and green peppers, chopped
chopped mushrooms
2 c. cheese, any kind
season salt to taste
pepper to taste
| | Directions | | Step: 1 | Spray a 9x9 pan. Put the cheeses you like in the bottom, spread out. Beat together the eggs, season salt, pepper and cream. Add the ham. peppers, mushrooms and any other things you like! Pour over the cheeses in the pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Let it set up for 10 minutes or so, then serve. | | Nutrition Information | | Few Carbs per serving |
