*OR* 3/4 cup cream (adds a few carbs)
1 1/2 TBL oil
1 egg
3/4 cup Designer Protein Vanilla Praline protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 TBL granular Splenda or 2 packets Equal
1 tsp baking powder | Directions | Step: 1 | Mix together and cook in waffle iron 3 minutes or until done.
Top with butter and topping/syrup of your choice, just remember to add in the carbs.
