Wheat Gluten Pancakes

1 egg
1/8 cup + 1 TB heavy whipping cream
2 TB water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
sweetner to taste
1/4 cup wheat gluten flour (usually found in special flours
in large grocery stores or special food stores)
Directions
Step: 1Mix ingredients. Fry pancakes in oil or use non-stick surface and pam. Cook over slightly lower heat than other pancakes, until golden brown. Serve with low-carb sugar-free syrup.

Nutrition Information
Carb count - (wheat gluten flour has 6 carbs per 1/4 cup)
Total carbs - 8, makes about 6 small pancakes.
